About Me


I have always been active in sports.  From little league baseball and soccer, to High School football, wrestling, and track, however it didn’t stop there.  My passion for sports and physical fitness had to be an absolute part of my life.  I knew that I needed a career that would not only challenge me physically and mentally but one in which I would also feel honored.  That career for me was with the U.S. Army for 24 years.  I have always known one truth in life and that is, it is better to give than to receive.  What better way for me to put that into action by serving not only our country, but to serve others as well.

Over the years I have met the acquaintance of many whom have struggled with maintaining a “healthy weight”.  Weight gain like weight loss, can be different for everyone and even more challenging when faced with injuries, illness, and unforeseen circumstances presented in everyday life.  In the course of three years I had under gone knee surgery, shoulder surgery and a Cardiac Ablation.  Needless to say, multiple recovery times, inactivity, bad eating habits, and poor nutrition choices, resulted in a substantial weight gain in excess of 30 plus pounds.  At that point it was imperative for me to change my lifestyle because my health, morale, and positive outlook on life were suffering.  My lack of engagement in physical fitness and nutrition during those rough times was devastating to me however; I am a firm believer that out of adversity, positives things can happen. Through it all I prevailed and conquered my weight challenges.  Weight is no longer a stigma that plagues my life.  I am now committed to self-improvement and not diminution.  Let my transformation photos be a testament to the unlimited potential that proper nutrition and fitness will produce.  Explore Why Wait Nutrition and Fitness and make it a part of your decision to commit to a healthy lifestyle change.  Inquire about the techniques, knowledge, and nutrition/fitness regimes I implemented that truly transformed my body and life forever.
