The first set of photos was taken on February 01, 2016. I weighed 206 lbs., with 26% body fat and a waist of 40 in.

These photos were taken on August 02, 2016, six months after the first set of photos were shot. During this time, I weighed 156 lbs. and only had 9% body fat.

Taken on September 02, 2016 (7 months after I started my training), the last set of photos shows my body’s current condition. Losing 52 lbs. and 18% body fat since February, I now weigh 154 lbs. and have only 8% body fat. My waist measurement has also gone from 40 in. to 29.5 in.
The series of photos above shows my fitness transformation. Becoming fit is now made more attainable for everyone, especially with the availability of innovative fitness training programs, healthy diet plans, and surgical procedures. If I can do it, so can you!
This section is dedicated to my students’ individual fitness journey and their feedback on my training program. Soon, I will be posting photos of each student’s transformation every 2 months for the entire 6 months of their fitness training, which started last April 23, 2016. One of my students weighed 187.5 lbs. at the time and had 21% body fat. On June 19, 2016, 2 months into the fitness training, my student weighed 165 lbs. with 11.6% body fat. On August 06, 2016, my student weighed 157.5 lbs. with 9% body fat.
