INITIAL ASSESSMENT $39.00

In the assessment, your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) is determined. This calculation takes into account your gender, present weight, height, and age.


Once the BMR has been calculated, the Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) will then be measured. The next assessment will determine your sedimentary activity (calories performing day-to-day activities, such as going to work and keeping up with everyday household chores), not to be confused with exercise calories.


What follows next is the calories you burned through exercise. These are calculated by using a value for calories per kilogram per hour so that I know how many calories you burn during a specific exercise.


Once I calculate all of these calories, I will then add the specific value for the thermic effect of foods (TEF). This value is a measure of how many calories you burn in keeping warm, processing, digesting, and absorbing food. The TEF varies widely based on your body’s composition and body fat percentage.

The number of carbohydrates exchanges you will be eating per day is designed based solely on your body weight and body composition.


The number of protein exchanges that you will be eating per day depends on your lean body mass, as well as the type of exercise routine prescribed for you.


The number of fat exchanges you will be eating per day will be equivalent of 15 to 30 percent of your total caloric intake with no more than 10 percent of that coming from a saturated fat source.

My Transformation


The first set of photos was taken on February 01, 2016. I weighed 206 lbs., with 26% body fat and a waist of 40 in.


These photos were taken on August 02, 2016, six months after the first set of photos were shot. During this time, I weighed 156 lbs. and only had 9% body fat.


Taken on September 02, 2016 (7 months after I started my training), the last set of photos shows my body’s current condition. Losing 52 lbs. and 18% body fat since February, I now weigh 154 lbs. and have only 8% body fat. My waist measurement has also gone from 40 in. to 29.5 in.


The series of photos above shows my fitness transformation. Becoming fit is now made more attainable for everyone, especially with the availability of innovative fitness training programs, healthy diet plans, and surgical procedures. If I can do it, so can you!


Testimonials

This section is dedicated to my students’ individual fitness journey and their feedback on my training program. Soon, I will be posting photos of each student’s transformation every 2 months for the entire 6 months of their fitness training, which started last April 23, 2016. One of my students weighed 187.5 lbs. at the time and had 21% body fat. On June 19, 2016, 2 months into the fitness training, my student weighed 165 lbs. with 11.6% body fat. On August 06, 2016, my student weighed 157.5 lbs. with 9% body fat.
